Ok I didn't test this, but assumed that
dbmail like sieve or other sorting stuff autmatically creates mailboxes if they don't exist.

I'll test it at once!

Wait a sec, if you have no other mailboxes besides INBOX, and you have
SUBADDRESS=yes, then all mail is delivered to INBOX. The subaddress code
specifically does not create mailboxes based on outside input. It only
delivers to mailboxes that already exist. If the messages are delivered
to anything other than INBOX, we have a serious bug.
