When using dbmail-sievecmd to insert a new script it always states:
Script [explorers] successfully inserted and marked inactive!
However if the script is already inside the database (thus the insert
being an update) and is already active it stays active. Making the above
remark misleading. (Asuming + = active)
dbmail-sievecmd -u explorers -l
*** dbmail-sievecmd ***
Opening connection to database...
Opening connection to authentication...
Ok. Connected!
