Afternoon all! I have installed a standalone install of Perl and
DBI/DBD::Oracle on my AIX 5.3 TL9 SP7 I have this working fine on two boxes but
on one I keep getting the below error when I try a simple test connection. Has
anyone seen this or know what may be wrong? I have been searching for an answer
but have yet to turn anything up.
