Hi Location: Chicago, IL ( NEED ONLY LOCALS) Duration: 6 months Rate: Open Start: Immediate Candidates need to come in for an in person interview after a phone screen. Must have excellent communication skills!! This position will analyze complex Contact Center requirements to develop and implement Call Center Solutions specializing in CTI applications utilizing the Genesys product suite. Qualifications/Requirements: * Technical hands on experience implementing new telephone systems * Knowledge of telecommunications network infrastructure including trunking, T1 Voip, and other advance network services * System Admin experience designing and supporting ACD (avaya) programming. ACD report development and ACD configuration * Knowledge and experience designing, coding , and implementing call routing strategies using Genesys, Avaya or Cisco ICM * Knowledge and experience managing, ordering, and implementing toll free service with advance features * Experience with Unix, HP- UX or AIX OS * Report Development and Analysis experience with Avaya, CMS, Centre Vu Supervisor and Avaya Report Designer and Crystal Reports * Knowledge and experience with integration of IVR and WEB technologies with Contact Center Technologies * Experience with CRM Software Solutions including application design configuration and data modeling.
