Urka,
You have a SEGV happening in your server, which would be a bug. This is
the interpretation of "mysqld got signal 11" as reported on line 807 of
your mysql.err file.
On line 790 of your mysql.err file, the first "real" routine prior to
the signal handling is:
void best_access_path(JOIN*,st_join_table*,THD*,unsigned long
long,unsigned,double,double)
and it looks like this is in the optimizer.
You can (should) log a bug regarding this, along with details of your
SQL statement, mysql.err, etc.
You can also try modifying your SQL to see if that does avoids waking up
this specific bug.
