Hi,

I don't really know how to solve your problem, I installed
64 bit Oracle 10g2 to avoid it. However I have some ideas:

(1) If you have a Solaris 10u4 boot environment that can access
the Oracle 10G installation installed with snv_79a, then you
could boot into Solaris 10u4 and re-link the Oracle libraries
with Solaris 10u4:

I did this with Oracle 10g2 64 bit originally installed successfully under
sxce_b66, so that I could use it with Solaris 10u4. Presumably linking
the libraries under Solaris 10u4 should work, since Oracle 10g2 supports
Solaris 10.

OR

(2) If you have a 64 bit CPU and 64 bit Solaris installed, then
the Oracle 10g2 64 bit does include 32 bit and 64 bit OCI (and C++)
client libraries.

Regards, Mark
