I simply changed the targeted OBS URL inside my dedicated opensuse-darktable.list apt source file to https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/graphics:/darktable:/stable/Debian_11/ and it has been working since then (notice the new colon ":" after "darktable" so that's not the same path). Of course, it doesn't change the fact that you won't get darktable 4.4.0, only that you will not get errors for your current darktable version.
