Because the unittests don't use Dejagnu, this means they cannot run on a remote
or simulated host.
i.e:
make check-target-libphobos RUNTESTFLAGS="--target_board=arm-sim"
PATH="${PATH}:./scripts/wrapper"
With file ./scripts/wrapper/arm-linux-gnueabi-run
