I never used GDC, but if I understand correctly there's no
windows compiler on that page. The last two headings contain
compilers that run on windows but produce executables for
arm-linux, as you can see from the "target" column of the
tables. So they probably aren't what you are looking for.
Yeah, that's what it looks like. Why no windows compiler then?
regardless, it didn't even compile the hello world file.
