source to reproduce the bug
When trying to compile d/semantic/caster.d of the libd, gdc spits out the
following error.
d/semantic/caster.d:42: internal compiler error: in build_vthis, at
d/d-codegen.cc:3170
reduced version of the source-code is attached.
