Closing gdc wiki

Hi,

I will be closing the gdcproject.org/wiki later this week.  Have 
we reached an agreement on where to host/maintain the 
documentation (eg: the new mediawiki site at wiki.gdcproject.org 
or on wiki.dlang.org)?
