IIRC I think this is the piece you need, which isn't documented
well.

I used:

--enable-checking=assert,runtime,misc,tree,gimple,types,rtlflag \
--disable-libgomp \
--disable-lbmudflap
I haven't tried this in a long time, hope this helps.
