Cannot create GDC bug tracker account

I tried creating a new account on the GDC bug tracker. It claims 
an email was sent, but it never arrives. I've retried multiple 
times. My email appears to be working fine. I can send emails to 
it through another service no problem.

Any ideas what may be going wrong?
