now if you are a victim of electroshock control, as many people are
sadly despite this being mostly only talked about in professional
circles where they try to provide recovery from it, it is much more
reasonable to imagine electroshocking anybody you freaking want to

because you need to be allowed to understand your experience and it is
very hard to do so.

when somebody controls somebody else with an electroshock device,
likely they are _not_ losing their mind to the same degree, _nor_ able
to read the mind of the victim. they are instead inducing helpless
states
