Contrary to my prediction, the people at the peace conference have agreed
on a government.
However, strange to report, the "government" is currently a
government-in-exile, is located outside Somalia, and is in no hurry enter
Somalia.
They are currently shopping for foreign financial and military aid to
enable them to enter Somalia. Foreigners, however, suggest that first they
enter Somalia and start governing, and if they are still alive after
attempting to govern, then they will receive financial and military aid.
