Yes, this is the Jim Bell who wrote Assassination
Politics. A few days ago I posted three letters
concerning my case: Two of them from me to the clerk
of the 9th circuit court of appeals, and one to me
from Thomas Hillier, head of the Seattle/Tacoma
Federal Public Defender's office.
