Right. I'm happy to undertake (in my copious spare time) a
posting-only-with-cookie or somesuch variant of cypherpunks. Rejected
messages could go to a public spool web site, and a how-to-post message
sent back to the originator, if visible.
I can set this up near-immediately if someone else wants to code it. For
the cookie scheme, it would be useful to have participation -- that is,
redirection -- from toad.com and cyberpass.net, which seem to get the most
traffic.
