Before sending more money to Sandia and New Mexico, perhaps you should
investigate what's being done with the taxpayers' money in New Mexico?

Ms Sessoms,
Morales and I met for lunch. To finalize our letter to you and plan
legal strategy.
Morales found a typo. And Morales wanted to add "that have may have
abused the system" directly after "combinations" in the sentence,
Equally offensive to military double-dippers in time of shrinking
employment are husband/wife combinations both employed by DOE,
Sandia, and Los Alamos.
The reason Morales wanted to include this change is what whistleblower J.
Robert Wayland's wife, Susan, also works for Sandia.
My following sentence is,
This is especially true if there are some improprieties involved
in employment and promotions.
So, Morales felt that I had covered this point. But wanted to emphasize
this.
I could not, of course, include Morales text because my text was a quote
from a previous document.
Since we are going to do legal battle, if we do not settle, of course,
let me explain the evidence against Sandia president Al Narath's sex life
at work at Sandia.
When I was fired in '92 Mr. Ray Armenta was my intake officer at EEOC.
Armenta questioned me at length about Narath's sexual penetration of
Narath's administrative assistant, Renea Dietz, in Narath's office at
Sandia.
Seven female Sandia employees filed complaints with EEOC about unfair
promotion of Dietz.
Linda Rivera's complaint was the last answered.
Morales and I have met with Linda Rivera's husband, Phil, to discuss the
EEOC investigation.
Each of Narath's acts of sexual misconduct were followed by complaints by
Sandia employees to EEOC. These complaints are a matter of EEOC record
known to Armenta.
Armenta encouraged me to sue Sandia.
Ray Armenta was fired by BLM some years ago.
Ricardo Gonzales was fired by DOI some years ago, too. Gonzales lawsuit
was thrown out of court by New Mexico judge John Conway.
Conway gave Sandia summary judgment in my case.
Conway also recently dismissed DOE/ALOO employee Marlene Flor's lawsuit.
Tom Carpenter is representing Flor. Flor's appeal is now at the Tenth
Circuit.
DOI employee Madison Judson was sent to investigate the firings of
Armenta and Gonzales.
Judson reported that both Armenta and Gonzales were fired unfairly.
The DOI went after Judson.
FBI agents Perez, Rodrigues, and Silva sued the FBI for racial
discrimination. Judge Lucius Bunton of West Texas heard the case.
The FBI agents won.
Gonzales is a UNM law school graduate. And a friend of Silva.
Silva, through Gonzales, passed legal advice to me.
Armenta also talks to Antonio Silva, who is a lawyer in El Paso.
Morales is friends of Perez. And Armenta.
I give you this information so that you can understand that DOE is going
up against a network of dedicated and upset citizens with a clear
purpose.
Morales and I, of course, feel that DOE should settle instead of further
wasting the taxpayers' money on another lawsuit.
Further, we feel that DOE should clean-up its operation using internal
procedures rather than external influences. This is sure to occur as a
result of our public FOIA lawsuit.
Morales and I will remain conciliatory to the end. December 20.
