This is the inaugural issue of DoveBid News! We will be sending you periodic
newsletters to keep you informed of what is happening in the industry and upcoming
DoveBid events. Our goal is to help you conduct your business more efficiently by
enabling you to buy and sell assets online.

STAY TUNED FOR THE IMPROVED DOVEBID WEB SITE
We are planning to make the new site available next week! Some of the many new
features will include:
* Improved performance and reliability - in most cases, many times faster
* Sub-categories. Each category will be divided up for easier browsing
* Improved list browsing. Choose the number of assets to list per page to speed
viewing!
* "My DoveBid" - a personal home page where you can easily manage your assets, bids
and account information
* New Listing enhancements including "featured" item listings, and custom icons.
* Improved searching. Now you will be able to search for assets that have met
reserve, recently closed assets, etc.
* New Category AssetAlert feature. This will allow you to receive alerts when
equipment is listed in selected categories .
* Improved sign-in process. A single sign-in will now work across the entire
website.

DOVEBID, SUN MICROSYSTEMS ANNOUNCE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
Dovebid announced that Sun Microsystems has agreed to ongoing distribution of Sun
equipment through the DoveBid website.

DOVEBID HOSTS AGCO-LARGEST MACHINE TOOL WEBCAST AUCTION EVER
Beginning May 23, in Coldwater, Ohio, DoveBid will host an Auction for AGCO
Manufacturing Group on its 1.4 million square foot warehouse. With over 2,000 lots,
this auction will last 3 or 4 days. Bidders who cannot make it to Coldwater can view
assets and bid on them over the web. Keeping with its record breaking history,
DoveBid will break another one with this largest machine tool webcast auction ever.
