Heard on the radio today that Yahoo has a service for locating
GSM phones, at least to the cell-site. There was a mention of privacy -
it said the target needed to agree to be located, though it wasn't
clear whether this meant on a per-call basis or setting a service option
or setting a phone handset option. (Hey, it's radio - at least they
mentioned that there _was_ a privacy concern, though they didn't ask
whether police could override it.)

                                Thanks!
                                        Bill
