Hello and thank you to all of the people that have been following the
different stocks that we at ECR Inc. have been profiling. We now bring to
you
our fifth Due Diligence Package Article since we first started on January
5th. We become an incorporated company on the date of 1/24/2000.
Our First DD Article was released, profiling Optica Communications (INVT),
on the date of 01/11/00 at the $4.00 price range. On the date of
January 11th INVT had a low of $3.65, a high of $4.18, and volume of
560,800. 4 days after the volume soared to over 2 million, and on the 5th
day
the price hit it's all-time high of $7.62. INVT is now trading in the
$5.00 range.
Our Second DD Article was released on January 31st, profiling USV
Telemanagement (YDSLF), at the $3.00 price range. Shortly after YDSLF
traded at over $7.00, and now closed at 6.25 on the date of 03/02/00.
Our Third DD Article was released on February 16 of 2000, profiling
Tri-Valley Corp (TRIL), at the $1.50 price range. Our release was sent out
at
approximately 2:30 PM EST and the stock price rose 15% by the closing bell
on the same day. The volume of TRIL increased more than 12X It's
normal average a few days after with a high of 3.50. TRIL closed at 2.93
on the date of 03/02/00.
Our Fourth Article was released profiling Centraxx (CNXX) on the date of
02/22/00 at the price of $9.75. With a huge increase over average volume
CNXX closed at 14.50 and hit It's alltime high of 15.25, on the date of
03/02/00.
Although an increase in stock price and/or volume is not what we are
trying to obtain sometimes it is a natural progression of what we are
doing.
We simply want to let the public know that there are more good firms to
follow than just your AOL's or Microsoft's. We can't guarantee that every
stock we profile will do as well as the past ones, but we try to only
report on companies that look profitable and secure. The thing ECR Inc.
specializes in is company recognition, and if the stock price rises
because of this were not going to argue!!!

releases about any company that we profile to the same list that you are
on,
simply to keep your email box free of clutter and unwanted material. So in

Package Article. We feel that after we send out our DD Article it is up to
you to there after to follow any news releases that are put out by those
companies on your own behalf.
