Brr... I hope that this message isn't gettting read by
juvenile pranksters. Fortunately Radio Shack's signal generators
aren't labled as such (they don't sell any that are and most of the few
remaining hobby grade instruments sold don't put out volts peak to peak
into 75 ohms) - but of course CB's and 10 meter transceivers are readily
available and will put out more than enough power...
Just another vulnerability in infrastructure designed on the
nieve presumption that the modern world is a civilized place...
and like too many others, rather annoying to protect against.
Fortunately, however, not impossible to track down...
