If you check the alt.privacy.anon-server newsgroup, you'll see that
someone calling himself "Frog" is running a ratings service. He has
the unfortunate luck of being French and in France, so his server
keeps moving from place to place (French censors?)...but you can find
the stats at
http://www.chez.com/frogadmin/MyMixSta2.txt

or posted to the alt.privacy.anon-server newsgroup.

I think www.zedz.net is also running a ratings service, as well.

My taste still runs towards making the remailers prove themselves
correct, or at least check up on each other. Unfortunately, this approach
is Really Tricky - one of the papers accepted to this year's Eurocrypt
claims to break Markus Jakobsson's threshold mix-net. I can't wait to read
it and find out what happened. My suspicion is that they noticed a flaw
in the definition of anonymity used, and then exploited that...
