I doubt that is enough. the litigation hysteria in the us of a is at an all-time-high as far as I can see. a court order should not be difficult to come by. see that boston globe article published yesterday for some details about just how bad it is. corporate lawyers are PAID to be assholes. getting a court order in order to unveil someone's identity is to them little more than a chance at earning yet a little more money since it can all be put on the bill.
