The criminals in the inJustice Department released a statement a few
minutes after the verdict to the effect that they are considering whether
to try the cops a second time.
As in the Rodney King case, the way justice in Amerika works is that an
acquittal results in another trial.
So much for "double jeopardy."
Don't anybody bother bringing up the new jurisprudential theory that having
multiple trials for the same basic act is _not_ a violation of double
jeopardy protections, "because the charges are in a different venue." Or
are some nebulous "civil rights violation" charges. The Founders would
smirk at this notion that a defendant is expected to continue facing trials
until he is eventually found guilty.
"And if John Smith is found innocent in his first trial, we will find
Federal charges to give him a second trial. And if he is miraculously found
innocent the second time, we will find another set of charges. And if that
fails, we will get the World Court in The Hague to press charges. Political
criminals must not be allowed to escape justice merely because they are
found innocent!"
I'm just hoping the coloreds do in the Bronx what they so often do: shit in
their own nest and burn down their own neighborhoods in arsonous riots. The
coloreds always know how to fuck themselves up good.
The gap between rich and poor is widening rapidly. I'm laughing.
And the digital economy and unbreakable, untraceable crypto will accelerate
the growth of the gap. Let Reverend Al "Tawana" Sharpton lobby for more
handouts. The more handouts the coloreds are given, the faster the gap
widens.
