I'd love to use whatever works, I've got no problem using Cygwin emacs or Vim but for some reason, crontab -e insists on firing up a new instance of NT Emacs. Is there no way of just creating the file without using crontab -e? If not, how do I get it to use a different editor? I already have EDITOR=/bin/vim in my .profile and have tried /bin/vim.exe in case that was the problem. -- Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/ Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple
