GNU libtool is a generic library support script. Libtool hides the complexity of using shared libraries behind a consistent, portable interface.
This is a bugfix and feature enhancement update. [[ compiled using gcc-3.4.4-999 ]] This release is specific for cygwin-1.7, but it differs from the simultaneously-released libtool-2.2.7a-2 cygwin-1.5 in only trivial ways.
