Dear all, I was trying to build latest lapack-3.1.1/atlas-3.8.2 with gcc-4 / gfortran adapting the previous source of James R. Phillips
But I had some problem at linking time with gfortran; likely I still need to learn a lot about the linking procedure. finally I solved building the DLL for gfortran gcc-4 -shared -o cyggfortran.dll -Wl,--enable-auto-image-base \ -Wl,--out-implib=libgfortran.dll.a \ -Wl,--export-all-symbols \ -Wl,--enable-auto-import \ -Wl,--whole-archive libgfortran.a \ -Wl,--no-whole-archive -lgcc_s and linked lapack/atlas against it. gcc-4 -shared -o cyglapack.dll \ -Wl,--enable-auto-image-base \ -Wl,--out-implib=liblapack.dll.a \ -Wl,--export-all-symbols \ -Wl,--enable-auto-import \ -Wl,--whole-archive lapack_LINUX.a \ -Wl,--no-whole-archive libblas.dll.a -lgcc_s -lgfortran I saw that on debian the libgfortran for 4.3.2 is available, any plan also for cygwin ?
