I just tried the following with bind9.5.0. The files in the archive have changed quite a bit (no more .manifest files, for instance), but most of the instructions still seemed to make sense. However, the resulting executables don't run:
% dig smbserver bash: /usr/bin/dig: Permission denied Any ideas?
