Alternatively, consider *NOT* to ship the Cygwin DLL with your application, and if you do, please test if a normal Cygwin release is already installed on the machine and use it if it exists instead of installing your own Cygwin DLL. Otherwise your users will have trouble no end. Also, keep in mind that this mailing list will not support your users which have trouble with multiple Cygwin DLL installations. It's not supported. If possible, don't do it.
