Hi all, I'm using rpmbuild to build a RPM package from a tarball but it doesn't work:
$ rpmbuild -ta SOURCES/daco-0.tar.gz error: Failed to rename /home/eeto003/SPECS/rpm-spec.LpULlm to /home/dick/SPECS/tar: Pattern matching characters used in file names. Please,: m It seems like tar needs the --wildcards parameter (since a while) and rpmbuild doesn't know this.
