I've created and uploaded a new cygwin package libsigsegv-2.4-1
It's a small static library for handling page faults in user mode.
A page fault occurs when a program tries to access to a region of memory
that is currently not available.
It is mainly required to build clisp from source.
This library builds as a static library by default. This seems useful
because of the small size of the library (4 KB). Of course, you can
build it as a shared library by downloading the src, and adding the line
CYGCONF_ARGS="--enable-shared" to the .cygport file.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
