Arggh!  That's 90% of the answer -- the one that was
running was from my NT native "unix" tools because the
"real" one is missing.

Thanks.  Now, I have to figure out a (convenient) method
to get just "man" back.

Back to "setup.exe" unless you have other suggestions...
