Oops - typo on my part in the release announcement.  coreutils includes 
install(1), packaged as /usr/bin/install.exe, which is what you want (you 
probably already have it, since it is a core package).  The problem is that 
when building coreutils, `make install' would be ambiguous between installing 
*.exe in /usr/bin or making the install.exe program, so the coreutils Makefile 
uses the name ginstall internally, and renames it to install at the very last 
moment.  My announcement should have said that it is install, not ginstall, 
included in coreutils.

If you really want the name ginstall, run
$ ln -s /usr/bin/install /usr/bin/ginstall
