Hi, I noticed a small problem with the current release (2.427) of the Cygwin setup program (setup.exe): while it is possible to specify a proxy server that will be used for connecting to the update sites, the setup program does not save the proxy port specified and resets it to 80 at startup. While not a big issue, this is rather inconvenient when you need to use a proxy that does not run on port 80.
