Well, it did hurt me (when building something that depended on Tcl/Tk, since configure was looking for the libraries in the wrong places). Hopefully, CGF picks up on this, 'cause it does look like a Cygwin packaging issue, although it could be due to a bug in the TclTk sources. Igor P.S.
