According to <http://cygwin.com/cgi-bin2/package-cat.cgi?file=tcsh%2Ftcsh-6.12.00-7&grep=%5C.cshrc>, there are templates in /etc as /etc/csh.cshrc and /etc/csh.login at least. You might also find 'usr/share/doc/tcsh/README' helpful. >2.Where is my more utility?
