I've noticed that there Joseph> is no zoneinfo package, but if I copy /usr/share/zoneinfo from a RHL Joseph> system, and set the TZ env variable to 'America/Indianapolis' I get Joseph> back EST as the timezone. There is one, it's called tzcode.
