I don't understand your question. I gave you two options to fix the problem. One used setup. The other used the 'mount' command. You said you chose to use setup. If that's what you call doing it "manually" then yes. Both options I gave allow you to alter the mount points setup creates from "user" to "system". Personally, I would call the technique of using the 'mount' command a manual procedure since it requires changing the mount type explicitly for each mount point.
