Bill, For instructions on setting up a custom mirror, see a recent thread on cygwin-apps (<http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-apps/2003-12/msg00124.html> and on). Make sure you read the whole thread, though. If you want to make an installation CD, Google for 'cygwin install cd site:cygwin.com'.
