When trying to install or upgrade, I am running v. 2.416 of setup.exe on
a win xp pro sp1 machine and everytime that I switch focus away from the
setup process the setup process appears to hang on the same percentage
and does not seem to proceed even if I later make it the main window again.
Is that a known problem? What might I be doing wrong?
