Yep, you caught me with that one too. While there is no gettext-autopoint package for Cygwin, it's not necessary either. Please, no one offer to maintain it for Cygwin. ;-) I should've checked the setup package page (<http://cygwin.com/packages/>) for autopoint too before answering.
