Hi there, the current package for flac available with Cygwin64 is flac-1.4.3-1 and libFLAC12.
This came out 23 Jun 2023, so the current package is a bit more than two years old. The current version is 1.5.0 released 11 Feb 2025 and libFLAC is version 14, with libFLAC++ at version 11. Lots of bug fixes but also support for multithreaded encoding. It would be fantastic if flac could be updated. Thank you!
