Upgraded to 2.45.4, completion file is missing:
eos:/usr/share/bash-completion >cygcheck -l git | grep completions/git
eos:/usr/share/bash-completion >git -v
git version 2.45.4

Downgraded to 2.45.1:
eos:/usr/share/bash-completion >cygcheck -l git | grep completions/git
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/git
eos:/usr/share/bash-completion >git -v
git version 2.45.1

Upgraded again, still missing:
eos:/usr/share/bash-completion >cygcheck -l git | grep completions/git
eos:/usr/share/bash-completion >git -v
git version 2.45.4

Upgrade to test 2.51.0, test version has the script:
eos:/usr/share/bash-completion >cygcheck -l git | grep completions/git
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/git
eos:/usr/share/bash-completion >git -v
git version 2.51.0

Looks like 2.45.4 is a problem, but it is an upstream problem.
