Is there any expectation as to when the version of ImageMagick which is provided with Cygwin might be updated?
The version of ImageMagick currently provided by Cygwin's updater is 7.0.10-61, dated 2023-05-13. The version of ImageMagick currently provided on IM's web site is 7.1.2-1, dated 20250811 I ask because I'm experiencing a bug in the older version of ImageMagick which causes montage image labels to not be drawn under some circumstances.
