The mingw64 cross compilers have been updated for both architectures to
the latest upstream release version of the gcc-11 branch:

mingw64-x86_64-gcc-core-11.4.0-1
mingw64-x86_64-gcc-debuginfo-11.4.0-1
mingw64-x86_64-gcc-fortran-11.4.0-1
mingw64-x86_64-gcc-g++-11.4.0-1
mingw64-x86_64-gcc-objc-11.4.0-1
