cygwin-patches has usually more than 1 message per day. 18 days
without any message is very out of ordinary.
It's summer, it's August: many contributors, especially Europeans, may
be taking vacations away from their screens; possibly even travelling!
There's normally week long gaps each month without messages:
and there are only four mail archive files per year for patches.
