I've been using cygwin on my Win7 32-bit machine without issues for years. I've just updated the package and mintty has been upgraded from 2.9.6-0 to 3.1.5-1. This new release can't be started anymore one my Win7 32 machine. I've reverted back to 2.9.6-0 which works.
