i have a slow unstable 4G-based internet connection, and nearly every time i use: wget --continue --recursive --no-parent <url> i keep hitting this specific bug in cygwin wget after ~10 skipped files or so: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-wget/2017-12/msg00014.html
