Try these in order from recent to less:

gcc-fortran     9.3.0-1 9.2.0-3 9.2.0-2 9.2.0-1 8.3.0-1 7.4.0-1
libgfortran5    9.3.0-1 9.2.0-3 9.2.0-2 9.2.0-1 8.3.0-1
libgfortran4                                            7.4.0-1
